Trackside Signaling Device

The trackside signaling device is installed along the railway to ensure the safe and efficient operation of trains. It primarily detects train speed, position, and direction to control train movements and maintain safe intervals between trains.

    • CDTS (Central Data Transmission System) is a central information transmission device installed in the signal control room. It receives train operation data and the status of field equipment from local signaling devices and transmits them to the Train Control Center (TCC), while also relaying control information received from the TCC back to the local signaling equipment.
